Come to Vallorcine for unbeatable views of the Cascade de Berard

This summer, why not stay with us at the Bellevue Alpine Lodge in Vallocine and rediscover the Cascade de Bérard and its tumultuous falls from the new footbridge.

This new construction replaces the old bridge built in 1866 by the people of Vallorcine, using 25 cubic metres of larch brought down from the Aiguilles Rouges.

An easy 30 min walk takes you from the Buet hamlet through the Poya hamlet with its typical little stone houses that once sheltered the goatherds - it's a peaceful and beautiful spot, easily reached from Vallorcine.

The Bellevue Alpine Lodge is a traditional gite style hotel situated in beautiful Vallorcine, in the Chamonix valley. We have five rooms available from €75, with B&B and half-board options.
